Jessica and Drew are such good friends of ours and we were honored to photograph their wedding day. Jessica was my first bride to also use my styling and art direction services. It was so much fun to be such a big part of Jess and Drew’s day and really help guide them to find their style and what they love. We started with the engagement session and we found the perfect location and outfits that they felt extremely confident in. Beautiful summer, backyard wedding. It was truly straight out of an Anthropologie magazine. This sitting area, for guests to lounge and chat was one of Darcy’s favorite spots that she designed. And it was perfect for portraits. Every detail involved color and was perfectly placed. It was such a beautiful, summer day and the love these two have for each other was almost tangible. So many of their friends and family members came to celebrate them and were involved in making the day come together, you could really tell how loved they are by so many!
